How We Work: From POC to Deployment
Start with a measurable task, validate the approach, then deliver and iterate against agreed acceptance criteria.
Illustrative planning ranges. Stages may overlap; scope, data readiness, compute, and acceptance requirements determine the final schedule.
01 / Discovery & baseline · about 1 week
Define tasks, available data, deployment requirements, and acceptance metrics; establish scope and an evaluation baseline.
02 / Proof of concept · about 2–4 weeks
Validate model, data, and agent approaches on representative tasks. Review quality, cost, and latency before committing to full delivery.
03 / Project delivery · about 4–8 weeks
Develop data processing, model adaptation, evaluation, and deployment preparation against agreed milestones and acceptance tasks.
04 / Ongoing iteration · planned monthly
Plan regression evaluation and improvements around operational feedback, data changes, and new model releases.
Deliverables & responsibilities
Possible deliverables include model weights or adapters, training or adaptation code, evaluation reports, and deployment documentation. The final list is agreed for each project. Application frontends, integrations, infrastructure operation, and ongoing support are scoped separately, with ownership of each responsibility agreed before work begins.
Intellectual property, existing assets, third-party model licenses, and permitted use are defined in the project agreement.
Pricing & data handling
Pricing depends on task scope, data work, compute needs, deployment environment, and support requirements. An initial discussion establishes the basis for a project quote; model API and infrastructure costs are identified separately.
